 APCS manages the full vessel registration process with the Virgin Islands Shipping and Maritime Authority (VISMA) on your behalf. From initial review to final certification, we ensure your vessel is registered efficiently and in full compliance.

1.  Name Check & Vessel Review - We confirm the availability of your preferred vessel name and port of registry and review your vessel details to ensure eligibility for BVI registration. 

2. Document Preparation & Completion - We prepare and complete all required registration documentation, including:

• Proposed Name of British Ship 
• Application to Register 
• Appointment of Representative Person/Undertaking to Act 
• Declaration of Eligibility 
• Declaration of Vessel Use

3.   Submission & Registry Management -  We submit your application directly to the Virgin Islands Shipping and Maritime Authority and manage all communication with the registry on your behalf.

We handle follow-ups, queries, and any additional requirements throughout the process.

4.  Approval & Registration Completion - Upon approval, we coordinate invoice settlement and finalize the registration process.  Your Certificate of Registry is issued once the process is complete.
